• • We may charge service fees as disclosed at the time of booking
• • You are responsible for any applicable taxes and fees
• • All prices are displayed in the currency specified at booking

4.3 Refunds and Cancellations

• • Refund policies are determined by individual event organizers
• • Cancellation requests must be made according to the event's policy
• • Service fees may be non-refundable
• • Giddly is not responsible for refunds from event organizers

5.1 Giddly's Rights

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Giddly and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

5.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, upload, or display through our Services. By providing content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Services.

7.3 Event Organizer Responsibility

Giddly is not responsible for the conduct of event organizers or the quality, safety, or legality of events listed on our platform. Your primary relationship is with the event organizer.
