You can pay using any of the following methods:

Service Fees

To help maintain and improve our platform, certain fees may apply to ticket purchases.

Processing Fee

• 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction

Service Fee

• Typically between 5% and 10%, depending on the event type

All applicable fees are clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Payment Security

Your payment information is protected using industry-standard security practices.

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• We never store your payment card information
• Transactions are encrypted and PCI-compliant

Refunds

Refund policies are determined by individual event organizers.

• Service fees may be non-refundable
• Approved refunds typically take 3–5 business days to process
