Quick Fixes
Start with these common solutions:
- Restart the app — Close Giddly completely and reopen it.
- Restart your device — Turn your phone or tablet off and back on.
- Check for updates — Make sure you’re using the latest version of Giddly.
- Free up storage — Ensure your device has at least 1 GB of available storage.
Clear App Cache (Android)
Clearing the app cache can resolve performance issues caused by corrupted temporary data.
- Open Settings
- Navigate to Apps > Giddly
- Tap Storage
- Select Clear Cache
- Restart the app
Reinstall the App (iOS & Android)
If issues continue, reinstalling the app may help.
- Delete the Giddly app from your device
- Restart your device
- Download Giddly again from the App Store or Google Play Store
- Sign back in to your account
Check Your Internet Connection
